We’re Eve and Ellice, guides devoted to helping you reconnect with your body, intuition, and the natural world. Technically we are family as sisters-in-law, but in heart and soul we are so much more. FAQ 

Will calls be recorded if I can’t attend live?

Yes. All calls will be recorded and stored on your course page. We encourage live presence when possible, since the group alchemy is most powerful in real time. 

What materials will I receive?

Each module includes PDFs, videos, practices, and playlists, plus the recordings. Everything is available on your private course page.

How much time should I set aside?

Weekly calls are 90min. An estimate of 30 minutes per week to review materials. We also invite short daily practices, with optional deeper resources for those who want to go further.

Content & Experience

Do I need prior experience in somatics, ritual, or microdosing?

No experience is required. We’ll guide you step by step, while offering depth for those already familiar.

Is microdosing required?

No, it’s optional, however a main feature of the course. We provide full education on safety, protocols, and integration in our opening module so you can make an informed choice.

Who is this course for?

This program is for women and those who identify with the feminine. One module focuses on the female cycle, though all practices honor embodied, cyclical living.

Practicalities & Policies

Do you offer refunds?

Yes: full refunds up to 7 days before the start. After that, 50% deposit is refundable. Once the program begins, no refunds are offered, though we’ll support you fully in your journey.

Is there any 1:1 support available, or only group?

Yes, 1:1 sessions through Eve or Ellice are available in addition to the group sessions. Please reach out if you’re interested in this option.

Are there any contraindications to microdosing? 

Those with psychotic disorders, severe bipolar, or medical conditions that interact with psychedelics should not microdose. Please consult your provider and reach out with concerns so we can support your safety and growth.
